Shipping Policy

We want your artwork to arrive safely and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 499 SEK / 299 DKK / 29 EUR. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

Framed artworks or orders placed during periods of high production demand may require additional time. We will always aim to keep you informed if delays occur.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier's own handling or logistics.

Production & Shipping Locations

All artworks are produced on demand. Depending on the artwork type, size, or current production capacity, your order may be printed and shipped from a production facility in another country within Europe. This ensures the best possible print quality and allows us to handle framing, larger formats, and order volumes efficiently.

Tracking

Once your order leaves production, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. The carrier or local pickup point will typically notify you separately when your parcel is ready for collection.

Collecting Your Parcel

It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated pickup point within the carrier's specified holding period. If a parcel is not collected in time and is returned, this is not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal and no refund will be issued. If you still wish to receive the order after it has been returned, a new order must be placed.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive and tracking shows no successful delivery, please contact us via our contact page. We will review the shipment and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
