+Celin Art is based in Sweden, offering emotional, affordable art prints with Scandinavian soul.
Are these really limited editions?
+Yes – each artwork is limited to 100 pieces only. Once sold out, it’s gone for good. No restocks.
What makes your prints different?
+Every piece is printed on high-quality matte paper and crafted to add feeling to your walls – not just fill them. We focus on honest, expressive visuals made to last.
Can I find these prints anywhere else?
+No. All art is sold exclusively via celinart.com. We don’t use resellers or third-party platforms.
Do you offer discounts?
+Yes. Join our Members Club and get 10% off your first order. We also offer occasional seasonal promotions.
Do you offer free shipping?
+Yes – we offer free shipping on orders over 799 SEK / 599 DKK. For smaller orders, shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
+We currently ship to Sweden and Denmark.
How are your prints packaged?
+Unframed: Carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
Framed: Delivered in reinforced packaging – mounted and ready to hang straight out of the box.
Why do your prices vary between framed and unframed prints?
+Every piece is printed on premium matte paper in a strictly limited run of 100 copies. Framed artworks are professionally mounted in production and shipped ready to hang – no tools, no extra handling.
We produce and deliver each order directly, with no warehouses or intermediaries – minimizing waste, overstock and unnecessary transport. You're investing in high-quality art, made for your space – not mass-market decor.
Can I track my order?
+Yes – you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your art is on its way. Didn’t get it? Check your spam or email contact@celinart.com.
Do your prints come with a warranty?
+Yes – all prints come with a lifetime guarantee against fading or print defects. Extended Protection for damages and loss can be added at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
+You have 14 days from pickup to email us at contact@celinart.com to register a return. With Extended Protection, the return period is 30 days.
Returns must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed. Return shipping and any fees are paid by the customer.
Important: Contact us before sending anything back. Unregistered returns may be rejected or lost in transit.
What if my print arrives damaged?
+Email us within 48 hours of pickup with photos of both the print and packaging. You can choose between a free replacement or a refund. Return shipping is not covered if you choose a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
+Orders are final once confirmed. If cancellation is approved, a handling fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.
What if I don’t collect my package?
+If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, a €35 fee will apply to cover handling and restocking.
What if my order is lost in transit?
+If your package never arrives and tracking shows it wasn’t delivered, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
If tracking shows it was delivered, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility.
