Yes – all prints come with a lifetime guarantee against fading or print defects. Extended Protection for damages and loss can be added at checkout.

You have 14 days from pickup to email us at contact@celinart.com to register a return. With Extended Protection, the return period is 30 days.

Returns must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed. Return shipping and any fees are paid by the customer.

Important: Contact us before sending anything back. Unregistered returns may be rejected or lost in transit.

Email us within 48 hours of pickup with photos of both the print and packaging. You can choose between a free replacement or a refund. Return shipping is not covered if you choose a refund.

Orders are final once confirmed. If cancellation is approved, a handling fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.

If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, a €35 fee will apply to cover handling and restocking.

If your package never arrives and tracking shows it wasn’t delivered, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

If tracking shows it was delivered, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility.
