Yes – all artworks come with a lifetime guarantee against fading or printing defects. Extended Protection for damages and loss can be added at checkout.

You have 14 days from pickup to register a return via our contact page. With Extended Protection, the return period is 30 days.

Returns must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed. Return shipping and any fees are paid by the customer.

Important: Contact us before sending anything back. Unregistered returns may be rejected or lost in transit.

Contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos of both the artwork and packaging via our contact page. You can choose between a free replacement or a refund. Return shipping is not covered if you choose a refund.

Orders are final once confirmed. If cancellation is approved, a handling fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.

If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, a €35 fee will apply to cover handling and restocking.

If your package never arrives and tracking shows it wasn’t delivered, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date via our contact page.
