At Celin Art, we want every step of your art journey to feel seamless. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping and returns:
Shipping Information
- Free Shipping: Orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping – see our website for current thresholds.
- Shipping Providers: We ship via trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, Schenker, and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Shipping Times:
- Sweden & Denmark: 3–7 business days
Packaging
- Unframed Prints: Delivered rolled in sturdy protective tubes.
- Framed Artworks: Shipped ready to hang, protected in reinforced packaging.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Didn’t receive anything? Check spam or contact us directly.
Return Policy
You may initiate a return within 14 days of collecting your package. If you purchased Extended Protection, this period is extended to 30 days.
- How to Return: Email us at contact@celinart.com before returning any item. Items returned without pre-approval may be rejected.
- Conditions: Artwork must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed.
- Responsibility: Return shipping, postage, and any import fees are your responsibility. Celin Art is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom orders or gift cards.
Damaged Deliveries
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of collection and include clear photos of both the artwork and packaging. The damaged item must be returned to us to receive a replacement or refund. If you choose a refund, return shipping is at your cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. If you cancel, a handling fee of 300 SEK / 225 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
Uncollected Packages
If your package is returned due to non-collection, a fee of 350 SEK / 260 DKK will be charged to cover shipping and restocking.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Once the claim is approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Taxes & Customs
- No additional taxes for orders within Sweden or Denmark.
- Any applicable import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
