Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Celin Art. Below you’ll find all the information regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Return Window
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of collecting your package. If you purchased our Extended Protection, this window is extended to 30 days.
- To initiate a return, please use our contact page before returning any items.
- Do not send back any artwork without pre-approval. Items returned without registration may be rejected, as they risk being sent to the production facility instead of us.
- Return conditions: The artwork must be unused, in original condition, and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Customer responsibility: All return shipping costs, postage, and any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return safety: The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the return is properly packaged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom-made products or gift cards.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us via our contact page within 48 hours of collecting your package. Please include clear photos of both the product and packaging.
To process a refund or send a replacement, the damaged item must be returned to us. You may then choose between a free replacement or a refund. If you opt for a refund, return shipping is at your own cost.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed. If you cancel an order, a handling fee of 300 SEK / 225 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failure to collect, a 350 SEK / 260 DKK fee will apply to cover shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
- If the product arrives damaged and is returned, you may choose a free replacement or a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Partial Refunds or Rejections
- We may refuse or partially refund items returned in damaged condition or without original packaging.
- Products returned more than 30 days after collection (if Extended Protection was purchased) are not eligible for a refund.
