1. Overview

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of our website celinart.com. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products & Availability

All artworks are made to order. While we strive for accuracy in availability, presentation, and visuals, minor color and material variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in SEK, DKK or EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount, as stated on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Your payment details are handled securely and encrypted.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount, as stated on our website at the time of your purchase.

Orders are produced and shipped via reliable partners such as Schenker, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Production and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not liable for shipping delays once an order has left production.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for collecting their parcel within the carrier’s specified holding time. If a package is not collected and is returned by the carrier, this does not qualify as a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

As all products are made to order, uncollected orders are typically returned to production and may be discarded. For this reason, no refund will be issued for uncollected packages. If the customer wishes to receive the order after it has been returned, a new order must be placed.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery or collection.

To initiate a return, please use our contact page. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their item(s), including postage, shipping, and any applicable customs fees. Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Celin Art is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and appropriately packaged. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction for diminished value may be made.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection and provide clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

8. Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly and cannot always be modified or canceled once confirmed. If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may instead exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery or collection in accordance with our return policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, artwork, and text, is the property of Celin Art and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Celin Art is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
