Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Celin Art. Below you’ll find all the information regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery or collection.
- To initiate a return, please use our contact page before returning any items.
- Do not send back any artwork without prior contact. Items returned without registration may be rejected or risk being sent to the production facility instead of us.
- Return conditions: The artwork must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Customer responsibility: All return shipping costs, postage, and any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return safety: The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the return is properly packaged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom-made products or gift cards.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us via our contact page within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Please include clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly and cannot always be modified or canceled once confirmed. If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may instead exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery or collection in accordance with this policy.
Uncollected Packages
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified holding time and is returned, this is not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
As all of our products are made to order and cannot be resold, uncollected orders are returned to production and typically discarded. For this reason, no refund will be issued for uncollected packages.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for collecting the parcel within the carrier’s holding period.
If you still wish to receive the order after it has been returned, a new order must be placed.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Partial Refunds or Rejections
- We may refuse or partially refund items returned in damaged condition, used condition, or without appropriate original packaging.
- If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction for diminished value may be made.
