Where is Celin Art based?

Celin Art is based in Sweden, offering emotional, affordable artworks with Scandinavian soul.

Are these really limited editions?

Yes. Each artwork is limited to 100 copies only. Once sold out, it’s gone for good. No restocks.

What makes your artworks different?

Every artwork is printed on high quality matte paper and crafted to add feeling to your walls, not just fill them. We focus on honest, expressive visuals made to last.

Can I find these artworks anywhere else?

No. All artworks are sold exclusively via celinart.com. We do not use resellers or third party platforms.

Do you offer discounts?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over 499 SEK / 299 DKK / 29 EUR. For smaller orders, shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.

What are your delivery times?

3 to 7 business days.

Framed artworks may require an additional production day, as each piece is mounted by hand.

How are artworks packaged?

Unframed: Carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
Framed: Delivered in reinforced packaging, mounted and ready to hang straight out of the box.

Why do your prices vary between framed and unframed artworks?

Every artwork is printed on premium matte paper in a strictly limited run of 100 copies. Framed artworks are professionally mounted in production and shipped ready to hang.

We produce and deliver each order directly, with no warehouses or intermediaries, minimizing waste, overstock, and unnecessary transport. You are investing in high quality art made for your space, not mass market decor.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your artwork is on its way. Did not get it? Check your spam folder or contact us via our contact page.

Do your artworks come with a warranty?

Yes. All artworks come with a lifetime guarantee against fading or printing defects. Extended Protection for damage and loss can be added at checkout.

What’s your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery or pickup to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact us via our contact page before returning anything.

Returns must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed. Return shipping and any associated fees are paid by the customer.

Please note: uncollected packages are not considered returns under the right of withdrawal. If a parcel is not collected in time and is returned by the carrier, no refund will be issued.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with photos of both the artwork and the packaging via our contact page. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders go into production quickly and cannot always be stopped once confirmed. If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may instead use your right of withdrawal after delivery or pickup in accordance with our return policy.

What if I don’t collect my package?

If a package is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe and is returned, this is not considered a valid withdrawal under the right of withdrawal.

As our products are made to order and cannot be resold, uncollected orders are returned to production and typically discarded. For this reason, no refund will be issued for uncollected packages.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct and that the parcel is collected in time. If you still wish to receive the artwork after it has been returned, a new order must be placed.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your package does not arrive and tracking shows no successful delivery, please contact us via our contact page. We will review the shipment and help you with the next step.
