1. Overview

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of our website celinart.com. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products & Availability

All artworks are made to order. While we strive for accuracy in availability, presentation, and visuals, minor color and material variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in SEK, DKK or EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount, as stated on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Your payment details are handled securely and encrypted.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount, as stated on our website at the time of your purchase.

We work with multiple production partners and shipping carriers, including DSV, formerly DB Schenker, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other regional carriers.

Most orders are delivered to a pickup point or service point near the shipping address provided at checkout. In some cases, the carrier may deliver the parcel directly to the shipping address, depending on the product, destination, production location, and shipping service used.

The carrier and delivery method are selected automatically based on the most suitable shipping option available for your order. Celin Art does not select or guarantee a specific carrier, delivery method, or pickup location.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Once your order has been shipped, Celin Art cannot change the delivery address, delivery method, carrier, or pickup location. If the carrier offers delivery changes, these must be requested directly by the recipient through the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking information, and collecting the parcel within the carrier’s specified holding time.

If a package is not collected and is returned by the carrier, this does not qualify as a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

As all products are made to order and cannot normally be resold, uncollected orders may be returned to production and may be discarded. For this reason, no refund will be issued for uncollected packages unless required by applicable law.

If the customer wishes to receive the order after it has been returned, a new order must be placed.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery or collection.

To initiate a return, please use our contact page. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their item(s), including postage, shipping, and any applicable customs fees. Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Celin Art is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and appropriately packaged. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction for diminished value may be made where permitted by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after the case has otherwise been approved. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless required by applicable law.

8. Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly and cannot always be modified or cancelled once confirmed. If production has already started, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may instead exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery or collection in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, artwork, graphics, logos, designs, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Celin Art or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celin Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our products, services, or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
