Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Celin Art. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, damaged deliveries, uncollected packages, and refunds are handled.
Made to Order Products
All Celin Art artworks are produced on demand after an order has been placed. This means that the artwork is printed specifically for your order and production may begin shortly after purchase.
Because our products are made to order, cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Right of Withdrawal
Where a right of withdrawal applies, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery or collection.
- To request a return, please contact us through our contact page before sending anything back.
- Do not send back any artwork without prior contact. Items returned without registration may be rejected or risk being sent to the production facility instead of us.
- Return conditions: The artwork must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, postage, and any customs or import fees, unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection rights.
- Return safety: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return is properly packaged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Important: Made to order products, custom made products, personalised products, and gift cards may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where allowed by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photos of both the product and the packaging. This helps us review the case quickly and provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the situation, the solution may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable remedy.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly after purchase. For this reason, we do not offer automatic self service cancellations.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible.
We can only cancel an order if production has not yet started. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Uncollected Packages
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified holding time and is returned, this is not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
As our products are made to order and cannot normally be resold, uncollected orders may be returned to production and may be discarded. For this reason, no refund will be issued for uncollected packages unless required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for collecting the parcel within the carrier’s holding period.
If you still wish to receive the order after it has been returned, a new order must be placed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item, or after the case has otherwise been approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection rights.
Partial Refunds or Rejections
- We may refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the item is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without appropriate packaging.
- If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction for diminished value may be made where allowed by applicable law.
